Lithuanian coins, Polish gold countersigned on a pataca (half-talar) of the Neapolitan Emperor Charles V, countersignature - 1564, Vilnius or Tykocin; Av: Bust of Emperor Charles to the right, CΛROLVS V ROMΛ IMPE; Rw: Two-headed Eagle with a shield of arms, on it an embossed countermark of the Polish king, R ΛRΛGO VTRIVS SI; Bialk.-.Szw. 337, Cesnulis-Ivanauskas 14SA23-1 (RRRR) - similar, but IMP instead of IMPE, Kurp. (1506-1473) 887 (R6), Tyszkiewicz 70 mk; silver, 14.86 g; deep scratches on reverse, very rare type, much rarer variety with Charles V titulature, additionally unlisted inscription variety.
