The book includes, among other things, dozens of photos of the described coins, maps of the cultures in question, alphabet tables to facilitate the identification of coins, a glossary, bibliography and index. The book intuitively covers a period of about 1,500 years of numismatic history of cultures other than Greek or Roman.
